Noam Chomsky on terrorism, the mass media and US foreign policy
I am not the most ardent Chomsky fan as he doesn't really offer much of a way forward, but this is an interesting interview with the liberal intellectual on US foreign policy and the media etc.

Actually he does point the way forward. He has said many times over the years, get together with your fellow citizens figure out what you want and then go after it.
He talks about countries with high repression in Latin America, they don't ask what to do they just get together and try in a multitude of ways to bring about change. Don't rely on experts, just do something.
