This short report touches the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the plunder of society by the multinational corporations, in this case, the former colonial world. While they do the same in the industrial countries, the state structure in the former colonial world is weaker and unable to restrain the rapacious thirst for profits of the giant global corporations. It's a perfect example of the inability of the capitalist class in the former colonial world to develop in the wake of imperialism.
The capitalist class in the former colonial world is not only incapable of developing the infrastructure of society, roads, water supply, power, sewage etc., but politics and economics as well.
