This is some video I got from Facebook. You know this sort of stuff goes on day in day out. Imagine what goes on in these top security prisons like Pelican Bay for example. You are almost totally at their mercy there. Prisons are merely there for the warehousing of human beings. The brutality a racism starts on the streets, in these stations and all the justice system, or injustice system to put it more accurately.
The "serve and Protect" is the property rights and wealth of the ruling class and the rotten capitalist system. The US has some two million in prison, almost half of them black Americans.
