If anyone has been to Michigan at this time of the year you know how cold it is. It seems a man, a black man I think, walking with his hands in his pockets is quite a frightening sight in these United States. I agree with the pedestrian who was not so mad at the cop but at the person(s) who called.
This place is cracking up. Sadly enough, this could be a Saturday Night Live skit but it isn't.
