From UC Berkeley LIVE update 1:00pm
Comrades
The occupation of a building here at
UC Berkeley is still going on.
We have surrounded the exits to the building and the students inside
are still there.
Some of us just barged through security and entered the Bancroft
library where we heard the cops were going to sneak them out.
We tried to get out but befor the cops came and got us.
The youth are inspiring. They are challenging thrle law,occupying
property and the system itself in a way.
The gloves are off. Just because the millionaire regents voted to cut
jobs and education doesn't mean they'll do it.
The union leadership obssesed with obeying the law are a disgrace. The
youth are showing them what should be done and rank and file workers
must recognize that we cannot win unless we challenge and violate
their laws, and the system itself.
