It is exciting to hear comrade Sawant's response to Obama's speech. I thought overall it was very good. There was one thing that was missing. She did call on us to get involved in our unions but you can't do that without raising the role of the leadership of these bodies. Because if you get involved as a serious fighter you will inevitable be drawn in to conflict with them; they will not sit idly by. That was the only negative that stood out for me, ignoring their role as defenders of the market and the Team Concept.
