If you talk too much would you like your voice box removed?

Makes you wonder why anyone would have a dog in the first place. Of course, they do worse things to children as well. Makes you wonder about the vet though doesn't it?  I suppose some might say its no different to neutering.  Thought this story would make a change of pace.
