The masks you wear and the badges you hide are not shields; they are confessions. If your actions were lawful, you would show your faces. By concealing your identities, you admit to the world—and to yourselves—that what you are doing on the streets of America is criminal.

Let this be a blistering warning: The window of impunity is closing.

Do not rely on the hollow promises of an authoritarian regime. This government cannot protect you from the reckoning that follows the violation of human rights. History has already adjudicated your current defense. As the world learned at Nuremberg, “I was just following orders” is not a shield against the gallows or the prison cell. It is a hollow plea that has never, and will never, absolve an individual of the choice to commit an atrocity.

 

You are being watched. There is video evidence. There are digital trails. There are witnesses in every window. We are documenting the escalations, the thefts, and the violence.

Understand the legal reality of your situation:

--No Federal Protection: Presidential pardons only apply to federal crimes. You are operating in states and cities where local prosecutors are already preparing cases. There will be no pardons for the state-level felonies and civil rights violations you are committing.

Life Without Defense: When the political winds shift—and they always do—those who gave you these orders will discard you to save themselves. You will spend the rest of your lives in a prison cell, defended by no one, while the leaders who emboldened you remain silent.
