American *exceptionalism* is not only a hell of a drug, but it ploughs through brain cells faster than the speed of light overtakes Superman’s speeding bullet.
What we know: there is no “Left” in this country. None of any magnitude, size or stature. The AFL-CIO has been meekly asking for legislation from the Democrats to turn back Taft-Hartley for nearly 80 years. Many times, the Democrats had super majorities and could do anything. They always did nothing. And the AFL-CIO is expected to support them, unconditionally, like a lap dog wags its tongue at its master.
What we know: the “Squad” is a pitiful list of a tiny handful of people who have done absolutely nothing and only exist for PR purposes, truly horrible human beings who have betrayed working people by supporting and bending the knee to their party political leadership. These cretins would be considered Center-Right political figures in the rest of the world.

He was allowed to vote for his own pay rise (sic)”. Tesla makes crappy , expensive EVs that are inferior to BYD in every way: price, features, technology. Tesla is getting clobbered in actual markets where BYD is allowed to sell cars. Facts.
AI Bubble News:

China turns away NVIDEA chips, they don’t want them, given there is massive expansion of Huawei technical laboratories and facilities. Something is brewing there. China is 100% geared up to use in an inexpensive, practical way in production, regardless of profit returns.
The most pitiful thing I have sean are liberals who apologize to the rest of the world on behalf of 75 million Americans, completely oblivious to the fact that their team has so much continuous blood on their hands, bombing, sanctioning, starving, violently attacking, interfering with country-after-country. It boggles the mind. What I leave with, yet again, is how deeply racist these liberals are. But, then again….
Free childcare and free pubic transportation are nothing burgers in the rest of the world. Here? This is basically the lowest hanging of infrastructural fruits, but billionaires and millionaires are loath to provide working people with even the barest societal benefits that could improve our lives. And they have conditioned many of us, through their two main political parties, to expect crumbs. When push comes to shove, they will be happy to descend and bring hell on earth.
History has copious examples, time after time, occasion after occasion, where they would rather burn it all to the ground, bring the furies of Hell up to the earth itself, rather than give up their god-given right to accumulate obscene levels of wealth. The most recent example was the term “MAKE the ECONOMY SCREAM” ie, divest, defund the welfare state, take capital out of commission and take it offshore, in order to destroy living standards of millions of people. We saw it doom Mitterrand and the French socialists, and the PSF was never seen again, in any meaningful way. France is now lorded over by a banker.
The classical example of Making the Economy Scream was Chile, 1973, masterminded by Kissinger and the CIA. Destroy the Chilean socialists, destroy their economy, murder their leaders. So perished both socialist politicians such as Salvador Allende and beautiful poets and singers like Victor Jara. At the Santiago football stadium where they detained Jara (along with thousands of others), the gendarmes realized Jara, the foremost folk singer in Chile, played guitar. So they proceeded to smash his hands, as the penultimate form of torture, right before they blew his brains out. MAKE THE ECONOMY SCREAM! Such is the mindset of these sociopaths.
