Trump's Big Ugly Bill Has a Lot For the Domestic Security State

We know this Big Ugly Bill (BUB) will reduce food, health and housing that will deeply injure millions and kill many Americans, obviously the neediest in our midst.

 

But some of those funds are going to ICE - varied reports say $100 to $185 BILLION. These higher numbers are more than any nation spends on its entire military, except the US and China. No nation in world history has spent this much on internal "law enforcement." 

 

About $45 Billion is going to detention centers, in part to dole dollars to private prisons owned by Black Rock and other parasites. But it is driven by the intention to massively jail political prisoners arrested by ICE. Those that they do not deport. But those numbers will rise too. 

 

So let's get to the point. A massive police state got funded through BUB. The targets? Currently Latinos because of the high immigration numbers. African and Black Carribean peoples are targeted as well. But the very-White House has said that they will end birthright citizenship and target U.S citizens as well. If, or when, they end habeas corpus that is supposed to give us due process, citizens can be treated like non-citizens and the targets expand. Who next?

 

Well, every time you hear Trumpworld attack on DEI and CRT, do you hear the N-word? I assure you that the world of organized and couch-potato white supremacy hear that as they cheer. And worse, they are the next 10,000 ICE agents to be hired with the new BUBba funds. Hence the masks to cover Proud Boys and Klan faces. As they glory in racializing the country back to the days of Big Jim Crow or worse. In the MAGA/Heritage Foundation/Federalist Society world they still try to uplift the words of the Constitution that says that slaves are 3/5ths of a person. If you think that slavery is off limits, listen to Christian Reconstruction Doug Wilson and his flunky Peter Hegseth. Wilson's book promotes the wonderfulness of slavery, and his influence in Trumpworld is growing.

 

I believe that we do not have the right to sit back and watch as others are persecuted. But forget what I think.  Do you think that Martin Luther King would sit back and say forget today's targets. Lay low for now. What would Malcom X say as he saw the canopy of white supremacy envelope all the corridors of power in Washington D.C.? How about the many of the last generations of freedom fighters that are no longer here to guide us? Do you think that some might remind us that in 2020 Trump ordered the US Army on the streets to shoot George Floyd and BLM marchers? Has Trump become nicer since?

 

BUB is the biggest single step to wage class warfare on the many and escalate the capacity for street warfare on the targeted. More needs to be said, not by me and the current core of resistors. It needs to be said by you.
