The cost of the humanitarian aid in the form of food but also of replacing or restocking the medicine and medical equipment intentionally destroyed by the Zionist regime as a weapon of the genocide, and the cost of rebuilding Gaza in general should be borne by the Zionist regime and its allies. This means the US that is behind the genocide and the decades long support the US has given to the illegal occupation and the massive amounts of money for building settlements and bringing people from all over the world to settle on Palestinian land or occupy their homes.
The US and the UK in particular, but also other western states that are backing the genocide, should not place the cost of this rebuilding or any other costs related to the occupation and genocide, on the backs of the workers or middle classes of these nations. The profits of the energy corporations, fossil fuel industry, the massive US arms producing industry that supplies the tanks, planes, bombs, bulldozers and other equipment used in the slaughter and the billionaire investors that have reaped those profits and posses mansions and private aircraft based on those profits should be the source of the funds.
Profits and the lifestyle that that is the product of them should not be sacrosanct as far as workers are concerned. It is not the product of earned income, a product of productive labor.
