Unions, AFSCME Local 444 and the role of leadership

This is a small piece in a long history I had as a rank and file activist, steward and union official in Afscme Local 444, here in Oakland California. I don't take notes so it's not a lecture it's just sharing things I learned that were very useful to me in the wider labor movement and politics in general.
