Women still exploited as cheap labor.

The most recent report on the relationship of earnings between men and women makes grim reading. In spite of the great black revolt which gave such impetus to the struggle of women for equality, in spite of the womens revolt which combined with the black revolt and weakened sexism and gender exploitation further, in spite of the tens of millions of women who have entered the paid workforce and through this gained increased power, in spite of the development of the pill and other family planning advances, in spite of all these things the most recent report shows that women still make only 75% of the earnings of men. The root of this is cheap labor by and for the bosses. Linked to this is the bosses' divide and rule strategy. Working class unity in struggle for equal income for all for equal work is what is needed and what would benefit all workers. This is what this blog stands for.
