A continuation of some of the daily struggles I participated in over the years. This is not a detailed history, I haven't spent hours writing the screenplay. It is just some of my recollections and the things we won, seemingly minor things like lighter meter boxes.
It's important for young people to recognize that what you have never came from the generosity of the employers or the state and its political parties, but through working peoples struggles on the job.
I have had a very good retirement and a decent living. I owe that to the workers who fought before me, not just in my workplace but throughout the nation, and I mention a little about this in Afscme Local 444 history #1.
