Talking to Workers is Good For Your Health

It is important to to talk to workers. So often, enlightened types talk to workers in a condescending way as their view is that they are born to lead and our role is to be led by them; so they see their roles entirely as teachers.

This is very common among leftists of various types and groups. They do not listen to workers. It is so important to talk to our class, to engage our class, especially if we are retired like me or for some reason or another inactive in the workers' or organized labor movement.

We at very least get a sense of the mood and this is important given the massive propaganda machine that is the capitalist mass media. It confirms to us that class consciousness, though undermined by the ruling class and liberal middle class elements, cannot be eradicated as it is a product of social conditions.

I made this video after chatting with a worker in the unorganized retail industry, it was very good for me. There is a movement developing among the unorganized and low paid workers and this is growing. It will also begin to have a major influence in the organized sector and this is what the present labor hierarchy is terrified of and why leaders of this movement were not included at the AFL-CIO bi-annual conference in Philadelphia in June 2022. It is a threat to the present leadership's relationship with the bosses' based on labor peace.

I always forget but if you like this video, please do so by hitting the "like" button on the channel and also share it on social networks, without monetizing the channel You Tube, like FB and all these outlets, are no friends of workers or organized labor.
