Stop the censorship of the Green Party and Jill Stein.

Fellow members of the Green Party. The major privately owned media corporations hold debates between the candidates of their parties the Republicans and the Democrats.

They censor out of these debates Jill Stein and our Party the Green Party. We must not think there is nothing that can be done about this. Let us immediately use social media to protest this censorship. Let us send to every list and Blog and social media outlet a protest at this censorship.

Let us demand that Jill Stein and the Green Party get time on the mass media outlets so we can put our case. Do not think there is nothing we can do. Do not underestimate what we can do.

Obama used social media to reach millions. The Democrats will do the same this time. We can challenge them on this front and do the same. Let the Green Party now mobilize all its forces to get out an agreed statement demanding an end to censorship and let the Green Party and Jill Stein speak.

Jill gave us an example when she tried to insist she was heard in the debates in previous times and was arrested on one occasion. Let us do the same again. But this time let the entire membership and supporters of the Green party mobilize and use social media. Stop the censorship of Jill Stein and the Green Party.

Note: It has come to our attention that Jill Stein has been invited to address the Green Party response to the Democratic Presidential Debate, this was unknown to us prior to our statement. Other Green Party candidates have protested this and have urged that Amy Goodman invite all Green Party candidates to give their views.
