Dr. Strangelove: a great movie

Perhaps some may not appreciate this as much as I do. This is one of the scenes between Peter Sellers and Sterling Hayden in Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece, Dr. Strangelove. I decided to watch it for the fourth time tonight. I know nothing about cinematography, but this scene and similar scenes between Hayden and Sellers are beautifully shot in my opinion. The content of the discourse is also important as it is political and expresses the paranoia of the individual which is revealed with great clarity.  There are many other aspects of this film that make it a great movie, this is just one of them. Lovely stuff:

Yes, the camera angle makes Hayden's character look like a towering God, which he is by usurping the power from the civilians.
