The young Palestinian boy here was shot in the leg and head with rubber coated steel bullets. As you can see the boy has to be held in the choke hold by the Israeli soldier as his buddies take snapshots, after all, there's only half a dozen or so of them and their armored vehicles. This takes place in the occupied West Bank. Latest news is the 13 year old was treated and released.
