Ecuador responds formally to British/US threats. (Video)

Here is the official statement from the Ecuadorian government to the threats by the British government no doubt pressured by the US, to invade the Ecuadorian Embassy in London to arrest Julian Assange. Ecuador has taken a strong stand against this action and has offered Assange asylum. Latin American countries should expel all British diplomats in response to this action. Ecuador clearly understands that the Swedish government which could interview Assange in London but insists on him being transferred to Sweden is working on behalf of US capitalism in its efforts to get a hold of Assange and punish him for exposing the brutality of US actions abroad covered by its phony diplomacy.  Free Julian Assange. Free Free Bradley Manning.
