Occupy Oakland protester calls for $20 an hour minimum wage

The way this works without a sound system is that a speaker says something and the crowd repeats it in unison so that everyone gets to hear what is said.  It's called the "people's mike".  The speaker here, like others before him, had never done it before as you can see so the crowd had to remind him to go slow.
