Superman Too

My brother is a maintenance guy at a private care home. He is very good at his job, he works very hard and is a very conscientious worker. He also stands up for himself and others.
On Thursday he was asked to step into the Manager's office for a 'chat.' Such an invite is a moment of great anxiety for all workers, especially with rising unemployment.
The Manager explained that at the other care home this company owns the maintenance guy does this, does that, he's able to do incredible things. The manager then went on to say we want all our workers to be Supermen like him, adding, "we want you to be a Superman too." Without hesitation my brother asked, "If you want me to be Superman are you going to start paying Hollywood wages then?" The boss didn't see the funny side of it, but then if you saw the paycheck my brother brings home you wouldn't be laughing either.
