Their pay would be printed as new money every month, distributed democratically (we all vote on how much jobs in our area are worth, to help attract services we want/need), and when we receive any service, we give user ratings (1 to 5 stars) when we get the product. Your cut of new money is based on the number and weight of your ratings times the value for your profession in the area you performed it. (Goodbye usury).<br /><br />Now, the key aspect of this idea is how to counteract hyperinflation: When we pay money for services, instead of recirculating the money, we destroy it. The person performing the service already got paid, so they don't need to take your money and re-spend it. Every month, we can destroy as much money as we create, keeping our economy extremely stable. (Goodbye toxic economics)<br /><br />Every human on Earth will emancipated from wage slavery, and our economy will be focused on reducing waste, rather than capitalizing on it.
